The unlocked iPhone 5 is launching on October 7, but it appears that reorders for the device will start on September 30th. That means that they will be taking pre-orders a full week ahead of schedule, which will give users plenty of time to reorder their devices and have them shipped to them as soon as the device is launched. These dates have been confirmed by multiple sources, and it is not currently clear they are going to be able to ship them so that they arrive as soon as the official launch is there.
The report also stated that Apple is looking at the 29th as a possible pre-order availability date. With the launch coming on October 7, the device is going to be one of the largest that the company has launched us far. Apple will be launching the next generation iPhone on October 7 and the huge lines are going to be away.
The device is going to be a huge loss for the company, and Apple has hired a huge number of retail employees specifically for the launch. Many of them previously worked with the company and have been brought back on a temporary basis to help them effectively deal with the huge crowds expected for the launch of the device. It will certainly be interesting to see if they are able to live up to the demand in the hype of the device. A number of huge upgrades are expected to come with the unlocked iPhone 5, and with the iPad three launch only Horizon next spring, it looks as though it is going to be a very busy time for Apple. The Apple iPad has quickly become the world’s most used tablet device, and it looks as though the next version is going to be huge as well.
