Apple sure knows how to brand itself, spin events, and exploit great PR out of most any event. So, it is no surprise that the technology giant is said to be planning a media event for the end of January. All Things D reports that the event will not be centered around the announcement of the next generation tablet, the iPad3, which is rumored to be released in 2012.  Leaving your valuable mobile devices unprotected is risky!  Discover the latest innovative protection solutions... stylish top brand bags, sleeves and cases specifically designed to protect your devices from scratches and blemishes.  Tough on the outside, sweet on the inside these brand name protection accessories combine complete device coverage with sleek artistic expression.

The Big Apple to Host Apple EventSecondary speculation may lead informed readers to think the event would be regarding prospective Apple’s iTV product release also slated for 2012.   Although, based in California and understanding that importance of location, it would stand to reason that the unveiling of their iTV brand would be better framed in Hollywood.  However, All Things D is suggesting that the event will be one of publishing or advertising occasion and as such, will be held in New York.   Enhance your mobility and turn your device into a power tool!  Discover select accessories such as; stylus & pens, micro SD memory cards, batteries, docking stations, Bluetooth headsets, data cables and glider gloves all specifically designed to make your devices functionally efficient and performance rich.

As the head of many Apple media units (including the iTunes Store, App Store, iBookstore, iAd, and iCloud), Senior VP, Eddy Cue may be announcing the new head of its mobile advertising unit. Bound to be a great addition to continue the global love affair with iPhones and all of the smartphone’s innovative accessories, the mobile ad unit is a powerful arm in promoting Apple and its more accessible smartphones, iPad line of tablets, and related accessories including earpieces & headsets and speaker accessories.

Never without a newsworthy event to keep it in the spotlight (an announcement about unlocked iPhones would be welcomed by the public), Apple also recently opened a shiny new retail store in the Grand Central Terminal in Manhattan and is keeping its Fifth Avenue presence in tiptop condition with the refurbishment of that location’s flagship glass cube. Well Apple, keeps the good news rolling in!

Speculations that Apple would lose its steam with its loss of Steve Jobs at the helm are coming up to be nothing but hot air and competitor's wishes.  In a survey conducted by Alpha Wise on behalf of Morgan Stanley, Apple is poised to sell as many as 190 million iPhones in 2012. No doubt, the continued strength of the brand will also lead to higher iPad tablet sales.  As always there is a plethora of accessories including bags, sleeves & cases, docking stations, micro SD memory cards and speakers as well other accessions which will continuously fly off the shelves too.

The 2012 Gossip Mill Spotlighting Apple, RIM, and Samsung Samsung, you continue to capture us with your Galaxy cell phones and Galaxy tablets product line… next on the line in the rumor mill is a branded variant of the 5.3 inch device said to be coming to the AT&T lineup early 2012.  Samsung’s “Note” made it through the rigors of the Commission and was expected to make a US debut, but again, it’s thought to be a disappointing update: a color variant of the international mode currently available. Until 2012 consumers won’t know if these U.S. versions will be unlocked devices or again tied to AT&T.  Experience the widest online selection of Bluetooth Headsets and BlueTooth Car Kits.  Latest technology from top brand manufacturers.  Hands free functionality is designed for the interactive 'on the go' lifestyle  and allows safe driving

Translation can be a tricky business – remember Babblefish? These same limitations and inaccuracies are found in some smartphone applications. Luckily, there are a fair number of educational app options now available that may come in especially handy for the international traveler or language learning aficionado. Buyers beware – read user reviews and be prepared to shell out the money for a quality app. Also, high quality earpieces & headsets are a great investment to get the best experience out of the app investment.

There are definitely two sides to the coin of Research in Motion’s announcement at this week’s quarterly earnings press conference. The manufacturer informed the public that its next generation of BlackBerry smartphones will not make an appearance until “the latter part of calendar 2012.” Originally slated to hit the market in the first part of 2012, the set back could indicate that they are reviewing the recently jailbroken OS (currently on the BlackBerry PlayBook tablet and expected to be used on the next gen smartphones). This could be a smart move if done properly. Giving themselves time to work out bugs, regain its reputation for security, and smooth over the debacles of 2011 could staunch the business loss.

Why Hello Beautiful: Droid XYBOARDAny guy or gal on the dating scene will emphasize the importance of first impressions. Let's be honest, shopping around for our tech toys and gadgets is a lot like a first date. Good lines? Nice feel? Good fit? Dressed to impress with personality enhancing mobile accessories?

So when checking out the latest Motorola tablets, the DROID XYBOARD 8.2  - it quickly caught our attention and is worth the classic “pros” and “cons” list. In tablet-speak, the physical dimensions are nearing ideal at 8.2 inches. What should have been a beautiful fit in portrait orientation, Motorola made the decision to push a landscape orientation. This strange preferential treatment of landscape is also clear in the Motorola XOOM as well. When hand held,it is a more uncomfortable silhouette to handle than the portrait.  Choice of protective case may make a difference in comfort level, but that is a matter of personal preference for consumers. Protect your tablets with the latest innovative fashion design protective bags, sleeves and cases collection.

Why Hello Beautiful: Droid XYBOARDBut, when held in portrait the black bezel is almost too narrow for comfort. Where is the Goldilocks medium? Luckily, the svelte, light size of the tablet negates usage fatigue in the end-user. In fact, the tapered edges, thin body, and overall lightness really make this tablet incredibly attractive.  Enhance your mobility... turn your device into a power tool.  Discover select accessories specifically designed to make your devices functionally efficient and performance rich.

As any fashionista, this writer will own up to wanting to see equally attractive protective covers, cases, and the like to dress up this tablet. For the home, would like to see other accessories, such as , stylus & pens, docks, chargers, data cables, earpieces & headsets that integrate this kind of purchase into day to day living.

What’s more, the price point for this beauty is enticing at about $249). Agreements with Verizon are available for greater discounts on the device, but as always, look into carrier options and contracts as the long term cost seriously outweighs the upfront additional costs on the device.

Worthy of a second date? Likely. Do your homework and be comforted in the fact that the tablet market is ever growing and not nearly as exclusive / tied to carriers, so your choices are varied!
