How do I order?
Feel free to browse PureMobile's product catalog and simply add the items your wish to purchase in your Shopping Cart. You may edit, remove or add items to your cart at any time. When you are done shopping and browsing our products, all you need to do is access your Shopping Cart and checkout with the items you currently have in your cart. When the checkout our items is complete you will then choose your shipping method. We offer different shipping methods with different rates. The next step will be to choose a method of payment. After entering all the details of your preferred method of payment and order confirmation page will follow. In addition to that, an automatic confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.
How do I add items to my shopping cart?
Search for the item you want to purchase. Once you are in the item's page you can adjust the quantity to order of that item. You will see an 'Add To Cart' button like the one below:
Click on the 'Add To Cart' button to add the item to your shopping cart.
How can I remove an item from my shopping cart?
Go to your Cart Contents and click the remove item checkbox for the item you wish to remove. After you have checked all the items you wish to remove, click on the 'Update Cart' button found at the bottom of the shopping cart. The 'Update' button is the following one:
How do I checkout?
To checkout your items you need to be in the Cart Contents screen. After you review that all the items you want to purchase are in your shopping cart, you will have to click in the 'Checkout' button to checkour your items. The checkout button is the following one:
Please note that you can also checkout your items by clicking in the checkout link at the top right of every page.
Do I need to create an account to order?
Yes. By creating an account at PureMobile you will be able to shop faster, be up to date on an orders status, and keep track of the orders you have previously made.
Is the ordering process secure?
PureMobile automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to PureMobile's data processing server using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
If your method of payment is PayPal, your information is safe. Please refer to

Can you ship my items just anywhere?
If an order was placed using a credit card or PayPal, for security reasons, we will only ship to the billing address (Confirmed Address) of the credit card or PayPal account. There will be No Exceptions.

How much do I have to pay for shipping?
PureMobile uses the total ($) dollar amount of the order to calculate shipping rates. For more information please refer to the
Shipping Methods and Shipping Rates
section.
What about taxes?
For US Customers we do not charge sales tax.
For UK Customers we do not charge VAT.
For Canadian customers the following taxes will apply:
Alberta: 5% GST
British Columbia: 5% GST
Manitoba: 5% GST
New Brunswick: 13% HST
Newfoundland and Labrador: 13% HST
Northwest Territories: 5% GST
Nova Scotia: 13% HST
Nunavut: 5% GST
Ontario: 5% GST
Prince Edward Island: 5% GST
Quebec: 5% GST + 7.5% PST
Saskatchewan: 5% GST

How can I tell if my order went through?
After your payment information has been processed you should get an order confirmation page. In addition to that, an automatic confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. If you did not get an order confirmation page or you did not receive a confirmation e-mail, please let any of our Sales Representatives know about it before re-ordering.
You can also sign in to your account and check your order status. If no orders are displayed we suggest contacting any of our Sales Representatives via Live Help or E-Mail.
When will I get my order?
The following are expected travel times after the item leaves our warehouse.
Standard Shipping: 1-2 Business Days, delivered in the morning.
Are there any customs and duty fees involved?
US and Canadian Customers:
No. There are no customs and/or duty fees involved as we are mostly shipping from within North America.
United Kingdom Customers:
Please contact a Sales Representative for further information.
Can I track my order online?
Click on the Track Order link provided in the Services menu. If you know your order number and the type of transaction (orders, quotations or return orders), enter it and click on the Submit button. To view multiple orders, enter the purchase order number if provided by you or select the display type from the drop-down list and specify the desired period. All the orders you have placed with us are listed. Click on the order number whose status you want to check. The order details are displayed along with the tracking numbers for the shipments made. To track the shipment, you must go to the web site of the shipping carrier.
Where do I get support for my purchase?
PureMobile does not provide end-user technical support on any of the items that it sells. For warranty service after PureMobile's 15-day return policy contact the product manufacturer, using the contact information included in the package, or found on the product manufacturer's website.
