what does refurbished mean

means it was sent back becuase there was something wrong with it and they put new parts in in and they resell it but don't let that fool you. Referbished products are better than factory products because the parts are new and tested to make sure it works...but with factory product they just pick a couple of phones off the line and test them so the lemons do get out.

What do you mean, will I get service in North America or not?
It depends on the manufacturer. We bring the latest GSM Mobile Phones from all over
the world and usually the manufacturer's local office don't know about these
models. They don't know how to service them or repair them. So, they will forward you
to the manufacturing office that most of the times, if not all, is overseas.
